Our clients (the bail bond agencies) are the data controllers responsible for ensuring they have the legal right to provide that information to us and that its use complies with applicable laws, including the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), the Texas Business and Commerce Code, and any other applicable federal or state regulations governing automated communications.

We process client-provided data only as instructed under the terms of the service agreement and do not use it for any independent purpose.
